The annual Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition has
begun and the Magento team is onsite showing product demos and
meeting with retailers and merchants at booth 929.

This year, we’re joined by five Magento clients at our booth
for the Customer Spotlight series. Hear
directly from Audio Advice, Boy Scouts of America, SuperATV,
Rural King, and Zumiez about their implementations and ask them
questions face-to-face. Here is just a sneak peek of the
eCommerce successes these customers will share:

Audio Advice

The experts in all things high-end audio and home technology,
Audio Advice wanted to curate product recommendations and
create a great customer experience. With Magento, the brand
expanded their personalization capabilities with cross-sell and
up-sell, “Sound Profiles,” and more. Post-launch, the company
saw a staggering 220 percent increase in traffic. Audio Advice
outperformed their projections and delivered a positive return
on their investment.

Boy Scouts of America

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the largest and most
prominent values-based youth development organizations in the
country. They were challenged with an aging eCommerce site and
complex ERP system. They chose Magento to launch their
ScoutStuff Reseller B2B site and ScoutStuff B2C sites. Both
their retail and wholesale sites saw increases in orders and
revenue (YOY), with wholesale revenue increasing by 19.6
percent. With a focus on updating its properties to a
mobile-friendly, responsive design, Boy Scouts of America is in
the process of migrating both their B2B and B2C sites to
Magento 2.1.

SuperATV is a leading retailer of performance parts and
accessories for riders of All Terrain Vehicles. In 2016, they
discovered that they had outgrown their platform. SuperATV
needed a responsive website that was mobile-friendly and would
help them capture more business. By migrating to Magento,
SuperATV extended the functionality of their aging ERP system,
streamlined their checkout, and made both B2B and B2C shopping
simple and convenient. Since launching on Magento 2 in
February, they’ve seen a 12 percent increase in mobile

Rural King

The national farm supply store, Rural King, was looking to
build on its initial Magento success by simplifying the
infrastructure and management of their site. Their goal was to
continue their growth both online and in stores. Moving from
Magento 1 to Magento Enterprise Cloud Edition will enable them
to consolidate nearly half their external vendors while
simplifying their deployment process and staging environments.
The move positions the growing brand to achieve its aggressive
revenue goals, increase conversions, deliver against
omnichannel objectives, and enhance their customer service

Zumiez is a leading omnichannel retailer of apparel, footwear,
accessories, and hardgoods for young men and women who want to
express their individuality through the fashion, music, art,
and culture of skateboarding, streetwear, and other unique
lifestyles. Zumiez supports its customers with a range of
omnichannel programs, including eCommerce order fulfillment
from each of its 650 physical stores.
