Getting author highlights in your Magento webshop
It’s a simple process:
- Add the above link to the <head> section of your Magento shop and you are ready
- Make sure you use the correct url. The example you see above are the links from the website you are on now.
- Make sure your Google+ account is ready and has information about you and your website.
When should I use the publisher rel in Magento and when should I use the author rel in Magento?

The most common mistake made is adding the author rel to every page. It is a lot easier to do that so that's what people do. Don't! The publisher rel should say "hey, you are on the Pagayo website". The author rel should say "hey this content has been created by Sjoerd Overdiep". The last rel should only be added to the lowest row in your site structure. Why? Ask Google.
